This is IO's new album for the Shadow Tears netlabel. As the name suggests, she chose to explore the beauty of simplicity in 19 tracks full of melancholy that convey a feeling of longing. Vinyl crackles were added to each of them to further reinforce the nostalgic atmosphere and provide the listener with a pleasant listen.

"Today I present in Shadow Tears a special album made by me in honor of the month of November, the month in which I was born, and also the month in which my life underwent an abrupt change. Through this work I talk about the last decade lived and the changes that have occurred since then. Ten years ago, a series of events led me to a radical change. I begin by narrating the last years I lived with my father, in the rural area of the city and the bucolic life I led. I worked in a museum and I had a breakdown and suffered from panic syndrome which worsened into agoraphobia. Then the worst happened and my father passed away. I suffered a lot from grief and locked myself in a room for almost a year. Everything I was and my reality deteriorated. Until one day I decided that I wanted to change forever, so I left the room and started a new story. I formed my new family, and for a while I suffered a purge. I felt the need to become enlightened again and was reborn into a new life and reality, and I could see the beauty in simple things again.
I hope you guys enjoy this. Enjoy the shadows!
